We have led for a total of 2 minutes so far this tournament and we've just won our group. This team has heart like no other.

-Won group for first time in modern era.
-Fewest US goals allowed in Group phase.
-First time with positive goal differential in Group phase.
    -Most points in group phase
-Probably entered the least-difficult quarterfinal bracket (though no games will be "easy" by any means).

-0 red cards to an American player. Who would have made that prediction pre-tournament?

-only 1 player suspended due to accumulated yellows
