Earlier today I noticed a funny but I thought random Twitter hashtag: #upgraded rappers
(Surgeon General Dre; Kanye North by Northwest; A Recognized Nation Called Quest; ThreePac; etc....)

But I had apparently completely slept on this: Snoop Dogg is now Snoop Lion

Eh. Not buyin' it.

But the new single is not awful. Sponji bass, scratchy samples, Studio One era graphics. But nothing I'd buy. Plus, I'd've gone with Eek-a-Snoop.
