Anyone here played this boardgame?

In it, you play the role of a space smuggler (much like Han Solo or Chewbacca), competing with other space smugglers to complete the Koroth Run first by buying, selling and trading to different planets, each with different needs and laws, all the while evading pirates, monsters, and other space dangers while you look to enhance your space freighter.

You also choose one of twelve different characters, each with his/her own unique abilities.

    It's actually a pretty cool game. :)

There's now a free downloadable Alpha Expansion .pdf file for the game that includes custom character creation, new rules options, alternate play styles, expanded strategy guide, expanded spaceship and character sheets, solo rules and more.

The new, streamlined Version 2.0 of the rules is now available as a free downloadable .pdf file from here.

Well, this subforum used to be located in the Games forum under the title Non-soccer games, so while most of the threads were about video games, there were a few about boardgames as well (such as the Milton Bradley Gamemaster Series boardgames, The Settlers of Catan and Frag, just to name a few). :)

Besides, there's currently no forum or subforum on BigSoccer specifically devoted to boardgames. :(

Anyway, what do you think about Version 2.0 of the rules?
