Norwich's Bradley Johnson broke the leg of Arsenal defender Bacary Sagna.
    Here is the video:

    Here is my concern.
Sagna now alleges the leg break was intentional on the part of Johnson.

I think such allegations are bad for the sport.
Does the FA have the power to punish Sagna for these allegations?
    If they do, should they?

While this incident, IMO, looks purely accidental, I'm not certain it matters.
If a player believes he was intentionally injured, he can take the issue up with the FA.
However, IMO, the public allegations (even if true) are bad for the sport and should be punished or at a minimum highly discouraged.

    Thoughts?

I realize it is slightly of topic, but to bring it back around I'll add this.
If you believed a player intentionally tried to injure, would you note it in your report?

Yes. Along with the time I displayed the red card :p

Seriously, when a pro athlete gets his leg broken, I willing to accept a bit of ranting and hope cooler heads prevail soon. OTOH, if he's right, it damn well IS an issue for the FA.
