My brother was just watching E3, where they headline the latest video games. He rewinded it to show that the Xbox360 will have the capability to play all of theSky sports channels (Sky1, Sky2, Sky3, Skysportsnews). I don't know if you need to have an Xbox Live account or not, but I thought this was amazing news.

here's the link from that blog post. sounds like a new revenue stream and a new method of content delivery. I expect that others will follow suit soon.

It's only going to be available in the UK and Ireland.

seriously how do people expect to get the full Sky Sports service you must have no idea how television and internet rights work, it won't happen simply because they don't have any television or internet rights in the United States. Maybe one day they will try and start up a something like ESPN360 but to expect to get the full Sky Sports service just like that I find funny IT WILL NOT HAPPEN

Nice try Microsoft but considering that it will only be available in the UK, it's useless to us here in the US.

Lucky enough for microsoft there are many people in the UK. Not everything has to be UK centric. I am sure Microsoft is just as interested in £s as they are $s.
