SIZING GUIDE / SIZE QUESTIONS (if i wear a size x in this....etc)

So I have noticed frequenting these forums that many threads are inundated with people's questions about sizing. "if i wear a size 10 in this, what size should i wear in that?" type of thing. Not only are these questions a dime a dozen and often ignored because regulars see them day in and day out, but they clog up and litter actual discussion going on in threads.

So i thought it would be beneficial for everyone if there was a thread created solely to answer people's soccer boot sizing questions.

In the long run, I can see this cleaning up all the other threads while creating a place for people with sizing questions to go to....and after a while, can simply search for someone else's answered question without having to ask again. perhaps even one day, this can become a guide if enough people participate....because honestly the truth of sizing differences can only really be answered by those who own the 2 or more boots in question....

and so, lets see if this works.

PLACE ALL YOUR QUESTIONS REGARDING SIZE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BOOTS HERE!

 

yah you are right....ok, i guess ill continuously edit my first post with something like this:

X = your regular shoe size

adipure 1 = X
adipure 2 = X-0.5
predator powerswerve - X+0.5
etc.

(im just making those values up....) BUT despite making this thread, i am VERY IGNORANT when it comes to what sizes equal what in different models, SO PEOPLE, PLEASE POST IN HERE AND LET ME KNOW, IN YOUR EXPERIENCE, WHAT SIZE YOU WEAR NORMALLY AND THE SIZE YOU WEAR IN A PARTICULAR MODEL.

it would be even more awesome of you if you could give me the "formula" size....IE X-0.5 (meaning, you wear that model a half size down)

gradually, with people's help, this could become a comprehensive sizing guide.

oh man....ok im stopping for now lol....ok, if you want to help out, give me the "size formula" ie: X +/- Y (X being your normal shoe size, Y being the size difference of the particular model...)

example:

copa mundial: X-0.5

predator with K leather?

 

i could GUESS at an answer, but i think thats something for somebody who owns both boots....

my GUESS (emphasis on guess lol) would be a 9.5. why? legends i beileve are K leather. usually, people get a half size down so that it stretches to a perfect size. also, i hear vapor 4s run a bit small, i own some but havnt worn them....sooooo i would say 9.5. but thats a somewhat educated guess, dont get mad if im totally wrong lol

 

generally speaking, there is a difference of 2 between men and women's shoe size. so im guessing a size 11 in women's shoes.

however, i believe the lasts might be different....i would assume the women's last to be skinnier.

i think its safe to say yes. not for k leather though

 

probably a 9. even if it was a bit tight, they are k leather and will stretch
