Spain was relegated. That means that there must be a Six Nations "C" somewhere. Ukraine takes their place. The only non-Eastern team left is Portugal.

Portugal, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Russia, Georgia, Romania

In terms of world rankings at irb.com, Six Nations "A" are #3, #4, #6, #7, #9, and #11 for England, France, Ireland, Wales, Scotland, and Italy respectively.

Six Nations "B" are #14, #17, #22, #23, #25, and #27 for Romania, Portugal, Georgia, Russia, Ukraine, and Czech Republic, respectively.

    Any other European countries are #29 Germany, #31 Netherlands, #32 Spain, #33 Switzerland, #37 Poland, #38 Croatia, #39 Denmark, #41 Moldova, #50 Belgium, #51 Sweden, #52 Slovenia, #55 Latvia, #59 Malta, #64 Andorra, #66 Serbia, #67 Luxembourg, #68 Lithuania, #77 Hungary, #78 Austria, #81 Monaco, #91 Bulgaria, #92 Norway, #95 Bosnia, and #96 Finland (last int he world).

For comparison, USA is #15, basically a European B team and Canada is #13, a tweener.
