This sucks. In my opinion, this is just as bad as seeing Owen going to Newcastle (although I wish Owen well there). I was really hoping for 'pool to steal Simao, he is an incredibly gifted player; quick, strong with the legs, play-maker, I'd compare him to Roberto Carlos a few years ago, but a winger who can attack well inside too like his fellow country-man Cristano Ronaldo.

I don't like the end result of Liverpool's attacking position now that the transfer deadline is up. Pongolle, Morientes, Crouch, Cisse? I think 'pool deserves better. :( Zenden, Sissoko, and Gerrard will really have to push the attack this year.

    Wow, no response? I'm surprised.

This was certainly a once-in-a-bluemoon chance to steal a great player.

And you call yourself Reds...? tsk tsk.

    ;)

Some of the pain?! It would have taken a lot of the pain away! But now, it's added to the pain! Ahh.

Well maybe no replies because we already had a talked about this in the transfer thread and we were dropping the subject.
