It'll be interesting to see how Herron fits in at this point of the spring season. With Herron surely making a good bit more than Willis, it's good to see that the club is willing to splash out a little bit more cash in an effort to win something. I could be reading the tea leaves a bit much, but maybe a move like this is a sign of something good going on behind the scenes with regards to the ownership situation. Moves like this aren't made when you're just looking to get by on peanuts.
He hasn't for some reason. I actually sat by him and his family at the Tampa Bay game, but I left him in peace instead of asking about his status. Hopefully he'll get into the fold now that Luna is leaving, but his lack of playing time after the trade has been perplexing.
Not the best bit of business. A grand total of zero minutes played, and lost Jahbari Willis in the process.
I've posted a link of my favorite highlights of Herron in a Silverbacks uniform.... What good memories.
