MLS is missing a huge gap in terms of youth development from 19-23. England look like they have tried to address their own issues on this matter. Should MLS invest the money to do so? Is it worth it, when college supplies these players for FREE?

I'd rather put B-teams in the USL/NASL myself.

U-23 would be better since we're dealing with a lot of 4 year college players, with maybe like 3 overage exceptions for 1st teamers that are looking to get fit after an injury.

I agree with this most get loaned to the NASL anyways so why not. Having B teams could also help for youth competitions.

I would go this route as well.

I would place the team in a secondary market nearby. For the Sounders, I would place it in Spokane.

Any of your academy players that don't make it to the first team by the time they are out of College can play here. Your draftees that don't make the first team can play here. Home Grown signings could play here if they aren't quite ready for the first team.

    Keep the reserve league.

Keep your PDL teams for the college players during the Summer.
