I'm glad to see this tournament brought back and I think the champions of Copa Mexico (Apertura and Clausura) should replace the two runners-up of Liga MX apertura and clausura.
No, because Concachampions teams aren't allowed in this tourney. And in the next one, Lib teams won't be allowed either. They shouldn't get screwed out of a 2nd chance to earn a CCL berth, while the other teams get 2 shots.
I dont know but @ least they should get some compensation... for this 1st copa mexico theres no money or ticket to any other tournament thats why teams are not putting there best effort (altough i dont think CCL breath its a big one for 1st divicion teams probably is it for second divicion clubs)
