So here we are at week, what, six of the MLS Shootout? I know we had some startup issues with schedule/ time changes, and since I haven't noticed any problems on that end. What I have seen though, is delayed audio for the Revs matches for the past two weeks. Is this just an Adelphia issue (which I'm leaning towards) or is it across the board? And has anyone called InDemand or their cable provider.. and what has been the response? Thanks.
I've had it too. I'm guessing it's a problem with the original feed, not the Shootout. Anyone in NE have the problem on the original station?
well last week, the original feed (which I also had) had no audio problems. The original feed this week was from the Chicago Fox Sports Net.
Discussion about this in the MLS forum, it appears to be on all digital cable systems. I wrote InDemand and they responded saying that it was an issue with the feed that they get, and have contacted MLS about it.
bump. i'm not getting the LA v. Colorado game right now. i'm on adelphia (shocking!). anyone else running into this?
I'm getting it. Not with Adelphia. Scroll on the bottom once in a while calls it a "bonus game" so I don't know if it was up to cable systems or what.
I got the LA/Rapids game last night but what the hell was up with the audio?? I couldn't understand a word they said except a player's name once in a while.
I tried to watch the game on DirecTV last night - no dice. I am getting very, very po-ed at this year's edition of the Shootout.
DirecTV didn't carry last nights match. Honestly, I think I've watched about 5 matches so far this season. I'm not getting anywhere near the return on investment I did last year. The deal with HDnet is the biggest problem.
Boys, I reckon it's about time you quit your whining, saddle up and buy an hdtv. Then, contact your local cable company or directv, or dish network and order HdNet. Watching the game in Hi-Def is amazing. Marcello Balboa on the other hand is annoying to listen to.
