shoe problem

    i have new diadoras, well not new anymore, played a dozen games with them, but nerw this season. and everytime i wear them they KILL on my heels, they are all cut up and had blisters... how can i fix it?

    Try putting a band-aid on your heels. See if that helps.

    try a heel cup. it sometimes is a matter of the heel counter not being stable enough. also, bandaid makes a blister pad, it's like a second skin. that outta help with the blister part, until you get the real problem sorted out...the heel counter.

    wear two pairs of socks until you break them in good enough. Try soaking the cleats in water and then jog around in them..........

    Clean them, and put a band-aid on your heels.

    my practice pair does the same thing. i used to just wear two pairs of socks/bandaid, and get the heel part wet before practice. once they get broken in, you won't get blisters. it did take a while... if i were you i would pick up some "New Skin''... spray it on and blisters heal faster.
