http://goal.com/en/Articolo.aspx?ContenutoId=680385 An interesting article by our BS Korea quasi-resident Mr. Duerden. What caught my eye in this article was this: "Current Australia and former South Korea boss Pim Verbeek was an admirer of the spirited Shin but the Dutchman was frustrated that the straggly-haired striker was rarely seen in Suwon colours. That has changed this season as the player, a headline-writer’s dream, has shown form that has not gone unnoticed in Europe." Is Shin Young-Rok Europe material? Any of the K-League experts (Sky, vasco, et al.) want to weigh in on this one? All I know of SYR is that he's had a long international youth experience and has proved himself pretty well on that level.
