Man you talk about living the dream. Getting paid to live in Tenerife. Not bad at all for a kid from Powder Springs, GA.

Shaq not in the starting 11 today but is on the bench for Tenerife’s first game back. He showed some really promising signs pre-COVID-19 so let’s hope he can get back in the starting squad and keep growing. Tenerife are 7 points off the last promotion playoff spot but with 7 teams in front. So, more like a mid table push is more likely.

Shaq was out for their last game before the break. Today they're losing 1-0 with 23' to go, one sub so far, Shaq still sitting.

Played the last 10, Tenerife went on the attack trying to tie it but they couldn't and it ended 1-0 to Fuenlabrada.

Agreed, but those plane flights from Tenerife to the other clubs in segunda Liga must be draining to them.

800 plus mile flight just to reach Sevilla.

Game is actually on BEIN XTRA which, to my Pleasant surprise, is free on the Roku channel. Half just ended 0-0 as Shaq was whistled offsides as he was about to receive a cross in the box.

What a frustrating game to watch. Malaga went down to 10 men and Tenerife spent the last half hour banging their heads against the wall trying to score a goal. They gave Shaq every chance to be the hero, tried playing through him on the right side non-stop for about 20 minutes but there was just zero creativity. Some decent crosses, one half-decent shot attempt from him, but ultimately left a lot to be desired.

Sweet! I had no idea I could get it for free. Now I know for the future. Just tuned in with a free minutes to spare. Match Ended 0-0. Looks like Shaq was playing RMF or right wingback to be exact.

It doesn't help that Tenerife's main striker, Joselú, couldn't score on an open hangar door.

I'm trolling @LouisianaViking07/09 for asking questions that he already knows the answer. He just made a lengthy Reddit post about Gooch's career outlining every club Gooch played for so he knows very well that Gooch played for Malaga.

which is why I asked the question before i made that reddit post. You gotta do a better job trolling or Trump's gonna replace you.

Maybe because BBall is more popular in Valencia than in Tenerife, so the name Shaq would carry more there ???

Tenerife up 0-1 already (Joselú), with the action going on mainly on Moore's side.

    Show Spoiler

Should be 0-2 already, Dani Gómez misses an open net.

Shaq slips and Racing almost tied it. Otherwise, he's done fine.

Cross by Moore, header by Joselu and Bermejo scores the rebound! 0-2.

Moore has been a pest on the right and it's taken some top notch tackling to stop him.

Out at 87'. Good game. Actually the last tackle may have hurt him.

Guy who came in for Moore (Undabarrena) fails to cover a cross, and Racing gets one back. 1-2.

    VAR called though.

    Goal confirmed.
