@RubenBaraja : "#Moore He is a player who gives us different things. He has rhythm, work and has even scored a goal.

    Won 4-2.

He's undergone the Chandler Treatment: moved from RB to RW, he's producing.

I lived in Santa Cruz de Tenerife for part of a year a long time ago. I arrived the day after the team won promotion from the Segunda to La Liga for the first time in more than 25 years, a fact of which I was initially unaware. So the thousands upon thousands of tinerfeñan flags flying just confused me, because the flag is the same as Scotland's and I really didn't get what was going on.

Cool place. IIRC, DaMarcus Beasley trialed there when he was just heading overseas, but Moore is the first American on a contract.

He and Holmes are our most in-form second division players in Europe.

Corboz should probably be in that conversation as well.

Anyway, good to see Moore work his way into a new role.

He's sixth at absolute best on the depth chart, so he probably shouldn't.

    Dest
    Yedlin
    Chandler
    Cannon
    Lima
    Moore?

Except that Moore (and Chandler) are no longer playing RB but RW.

Moore has 17 appearances this season and 10 are at right back, 3 others are at left back. He's still predominantly a fullback.

He's looked best at RW, and some of the games he started as a fullback he moved forward to RW too.

He's been playing RW exclusively since the Valladolid game (Jan. 22nd). So, after six games in that position, where he has looked better than he did as a RB/LB, I think it's safe to say he's a RW, at this point.

I'd be more than willing to take a look at the expense of Lima or Chandler.

As a Quakes fan, I can say that Lima is overrated. Chandler, though, is on fire right now (as a winger, not a back).

Since Moore and some of the other best MNT candidates for RB are at their best as wing-backs, the question is how well does he play on the left. If he can play LWB decently, then Beerholder has a tactical option. If not, he has a serious tactical dilemma.

Anyway, good on the lad for grinding out a rotator spot in Spain's D2. The level is decent down there and a lot of guys fade away

we know he got a cap in a 2018 friendly, right? Looks like he may be eligible for the one-time switch to Trinidad & Tobago

I have no insight as to his thinking. But the son of a T&T international? At some point, I would guess so.

Started vs Real Oviedo. Again at RM in a 4 - 4 - 2. Seems he’s played more midfield than fullback recently. Game is currently 0 - 0 at minute 70 and Shaw picked up one of 5 yellow cards given out.

With this result Tenerife is left only 3 pts. from the relegation zone.
