Oh, right. You can only say that's sketchy play if he's Brazilian. I forgot. But of course, the yellow card says otherwise.
OK, so here is the trend that all teams will copy for 2022. France is the second youngest team. If England makes it, they are the 3rd youngest team. 2022 will be a U-23 tournament with 3 older selections, just like the Olympics. Every team will copy.
See? I was right. Complain about Brazilians, even if they aren't doing anything, no problem. Complain about unsporting play from Mbappe, and you're trolling. riiiight.
But it's in every game thread. Enough already. The entire world knows who the Grammy award winner is. Give it up already.
Congratulations France. Overall, France certainly deserved to win this game. They have the most exciting player in a long time in Mbappe, who showed that besides his explosive speed, he can make some really sweet passes. Great player and I for one don't take anything away from him because he tried to keep the ball away and waste time towards the end of the game on that throw-in. Not classy by itself, but Mbappe has shown to be quite classy all around.
But wait. Belgium dominated the number of shots, 19-9, and ball possession 60-40. Remember what a big deal you made of Brazil's domination of shots against Belgium? Or are you backing away from that metric now?
lol.. except for the fact that you have that number backwards.... https://www.fifa.com/worldcup/matches/match/300331531/#match-statistics 5-3 advantage France as well. Belgium actually played a little more this time and didn't bunker the way they did against Brazil. Still pretty comprehensively out played.
Apparently you forgot his egregious dive against Uruguay as well. Fact is, Mbappe is pretty exciting and I'm a big fan. I hope he matures a little and cuts out that part of this play.
