There could be a good crowd at this match. The first home match against Chenois was aided by it being a Geneve Derby. It will be very interesting to see what type of crowd shows up.

Very interesting match this weekend. Servette is playing Stade Nyonnais in Nyon for the second time. The last time these teams met Servette won in a Swisscom Cup Qualfier.

Stade Nyonnais has 9 points from three matches and find themselves in third place on goal differential.

Away draw with Stade Nyonnais was a decent result for Servette. According to reports, both teams were evenly matched and both played well.

Yeah, Meyrin for a while was running sort of Concordia Basel. Servette would loan out some of the younger players for playing time.

Two away victories in a row. One at newly promoted Signal Bernex, a Geneve Derby, and one at newly demoted Bulle.

Additionally Servette has drawn US Collombey-Muraz in the next round of the Swisscom Cup. A very favorable draw.

Servette is at 15 points, three back from UGS who leads the league with 18. Etoile Carouge is second at 16.

 

Servette is home this weekend with Martigny Sport this sunday. The highest they could climb this week is a first place tie. The farthest they could fall is tie for 7th place.

Servette is 2-0-1 at the Stade de Geneve this season in league matches. They have scored 5 goals at home while only allowing 2. They have an average of 1833 persons at each home match. Not to shabby for a 1st league team.

 

Huge victory which sets up what should be a great match next weekend at UGS. There were 1304 fans at the match. Three goals in a row from Tréand and another disalowed for off-side by Esteban (who scored in the 22').

Servette wins 0-3. Their reward is a match home vs. Thun.

 

Servette beat Naters 3-2 this weekend. 1300 spectaters at the match. This win puts them second in Group 1, only one point behind UGS.

Next match is an away one at Grand - Lancy. A short 20 min bus ride from Stade de Geneve. Grand - Lancy is currently 13th out of 16 with only 13 points.

 

Great victory for Servette. I am optomistic on at least a space in the playoffs. I would love for Servette to be promoted, but I understand that anything can happen in a playoff.
