Yes but the article is from today.

Paramount/CBS renewed the Serie A for another two years!

The article is from almost a week ago (the 20th), and whomever wrote that needs to do their homework better.

Yeah ok, but who cares how old the article is!

All I really care about is if Paramount did or did not renew their Serie A contract?

If they did, that is great and I’ll be able to watch the games which is all that matters.

    If not, it will suck.

    Why does this matter?

he asked a question. It isn't so hard to answer it.

He literally posted the article that it was renewed. Then asked if it’s renewed.

Ok so I posted the article.

Then your post seemed to imply it wasn't true.

    That's why I asked otherwise I wouldn't have.

Honestly, I would rather they show the games on Rai but the Italian commentators as opposed to the English-speaking ones on Paramount are actually pretty good.

The bottom line and the initial point is or was, I'm just glad they will be showing the games and/or renewed their contract.

    You know.

Have you ever wondered why the group of posters on here continues to drop?

Maybe you should think about a little civility.

This is a public forum and message board. Not everyone is on here 24/7 to see everything that is posted or find where it is amongst the various threads. And people will have different opinions.

    You should respect that.

This is a show production studio. They made Spin City among others. Recently it was mostly stuff that ended up on Hulu (pretty common for the various companies to develop shows then sell them to each other). This seems like a pretty straightforward merging of operations at multiple studios they already owned. Most of the jobs that are lost will be administrative.

Any time the head of a studio changes that's usually not a great time for projects that are already in development though.

Yeah I have not seen an anything that would affect soccer rights. They are building a pretty strong soccer inventory.

Yeah, it was discussed after the initial posts, when P+ finally announced their new contract signing to extend broadcast rights for two more seasons.

I watched part of the match while in a pizzeria in Georgetown, not too far from Vienna. Staying in Arlington.

Games on Paramount were great today.

The halftime guys are still kind of so-so, but the play-by-play Italian commentator is top notch!
