updated with 4a results. I called it the Cappillieri Memorial contest because he started it. It's sort of a joke but not meant to be insulting to him. I don't know if red cards are ever rescinded - I'm sure he'd have to apologize to the admins for whatever went on - but I'll keep his scores in place in case he ever comes back. As I said elsewhere, he did perform some valuable services. It was certain of his methods - and his unwillingness to engage in any sort of civilized dialogue - that ticked some off (including me).
