Thanks to @schwuppe who finds amazing info about italian Serie-A rankings from the 1950s-1960s, I create this thread to re-ordering the rankings provided.
Serie-A 1956-57 According the original source, for overall points, the top players were: 1. Fontana - 235 points 2. Lovati, Julinho & Vinicio - 234 points 5. Dino Costa - 233 points 6. Lindskog & Pesaola - 231 points 8. Bernasconi, Ocwirk & Bonifaci - 229 points This system, awarded those players who performed great during the season, but also missed none or very few matches.
In contrast (but based on this ranking), I made another one, based in average performance only, but considering players who have played at least 60% of the games (20 out of 34 rounds). This is the result for Serie-A 1956-57 season. Serie-A 1956-57 (Stars not making the top-50) The player with less matches making the CdS ranking was Nils Liedholm with 26 games, who finished fourth in his Category by points, but a clear #1 by average. Players with high-probability to make the top-50: Considering the #points of the last-ranked in his role. x > 7,50 there are: Maldini (21g), Hamrin (23g), Vonlanthen (23g), Ghezzi (24g) Players with medium-probability to make the top-50: Considering the #points of the last-ranked in his role. 7,00 > x > 6,50 there are: Boniperti (24g), D.Arce (24g), Bredesen (27g), Ghiggia (27g) Players with low rating: Considering the #points of the last-ranked in his role. 6,50 >x, there are: Montuori (30g), Abaddie (29g), Szoke (29g), Cervato (30g), Lorenzi (28g), W.Gómez (27g) Less than 20 matches: Lojacono, H.Jepsson, Buffon, Cuchiarioni, Praest, Vernazza, Silvio Parodi, José Parodi, Humberto Tozzi, Hugo Natteri (Per) https://www.bigsoccer.com/threads/various-stuff-i-found-from-the-40s-60s.2092755/ http://calcio-seriea.net/risultati/1956/832/
Overall, the ratings seems inflated. Even, with a correction, they could be decreased in +/- 0.50 points So, my estimation about best players in Serie-A 1956-57: 5 stars(1): Nils Liedholm 4 stars(3): Julinho, Schiaffino, Lindskog 3 stars(12): Secchi, Posio, Pilmark, Segato, Gustavsson, Ricagni, Losi, Muccinelli, Bonifaci, Cervellati, Bugatti, Dino da Costa 2 stars(19): Orzan, Ferrario, Fontana, Stucchi, Comaschi, Lovati, Vinicio, Vivolo, Pin, Longoni, Pesaola, Bernasconi, Ocwirk, Selmonsson, Becattini, Morin, Skoglund, Bandini, G.Nordhal. I never believe one day will have 1950s - 1960s rating as well as your posts in La Liga and Argentine Primera division. I'm little surprised Liedholm get very high rating and Ocwirk's rating is lower than expected.
For Argentina, 1965 is the oldest. In this thread, I'm working in 1958-59 season. For 1956-57, averages I posted, seems inflated, even with some adjudments, Liedholm will have 7,65 (a bit higher, but more credible, than 7,50 that someone got in La Liga) For this season, I think Ocwirk was in decline, also was playing in a more offensive role that he used to being played.
Serie-A 1958-59 According the original source, for overall points, the top players were: 1. Bernasconi - 261 points 2. Angelillo - 252.5 points 3. Maldini - 249.5 points 4. Liedholm - 249 points 5. Robotti - 247 points 6. Panetti, Seghedoni & Brighenti - 242.5 points 9. Ghezzi - 241 points 10.Selmonsson - 240.5 points This time, there were 5 players by role and 5 for multi-role.

Serie-A 1958-59 (Stars not making the top-50) The player with less matches making the CdS ranking was Boniperti with 26 games, who finished fifth in his Category by points, but #2 by average. Players with high-probability to make the top-50: Considering the #points of the last-ranked in his role. x > 7,50 there are: Bredesen (20g), David (21g), Vukas (21g), Buffon (25g), Cervato (25g) Players with medium-probability to make the top-50: Considering the #points of the last-ranked in his role. 7,33 > x > 6,50 there are: D.Arce (23g), Sivori (24g), Ocwirk (25g), Del Vecchio (25g), Pilmark (26g) Players with low rating: Considering the #points of the last-ranked in his role. 6,50 >x, there are: Szoke (28g), Vinicio (28g), da Costa (27g), Schiaffino (27g), Montuori (27g), Lindskog (27g), Barison (27g), E.Bearzot 6,33 (33g) Less than 20 matches: Albertosi, Burgnich, Salvadore, Losi, Abaddie, Bulgarelli, Vonlanthen, Maschio, Palmer, Corso, Skoglund.
The ratings seems inflated, but overall a stronger season than 2 years before. So, my estimation about best players in Serie-A 1958-59: 5 stars(1): Nils Liedholm 4 stars(6): Boniperti, Bernasconi, Angelillo, Lojacono, Panetti, Ghezzi 3 stars(22): Seghedoni, Brighenti, Maldini, Grillo, Rosa, Bugatti, Selmonsson, Robotti, Mazzoni, Campana, Bernardin, Castelletti, Zaglio, Sarti, Janich, Carradori, Cuchiarioni, J.Charles, Hamrin, Pentrelli, Altafini, Ghiggia 2 stars(18): Corsini, Magnanini, Segato, R.Conti, Tagnin, Burelli, Fontana, Griffith, A.Vicini, Zagatti, Galli, Bonifaci, Fogli, Mariani, Pin, Greco II, H.Tozzi, Pascutti. Arguably 3-stars: Buffon, Cervato, David, Bredesen, Vukas. Arguably 2-stars: Pilmark, del Vecchio, Ocwirk, D.Arce, Dino da Costa, Montuori, Sivori.
Liedholm obtained very high rating in these two seasons supposedly for his vision and passing accuracy that crated a number of assists. He remains incredibly consistent after Nordahl departed Milan. That is a great aspect he could adapt himself for a new set of players. This tendency of rating let think he might get similar evaluation in most of his previous seasons and that means he would be rated in world-class at least 5 - 8 seasons as being a main creative force of Milan always stand on the top places in the league. However, in 1958 - 1959, as a deep-lying midfielder, he become much slower and scored only one goal in the league when Milan's total goal is 84. So I think the rating possibly set overweight of vision and passing in high proportion. As I check in original source, Cesare Maldini likes he to get high rating in only one season of 1958 - 1959 season and then he had the first international appearance in 1960. He was named 1962 World Cup Best XI and was chosen as World Soccer world XI in 1963 but he was not rated high in the league and after then he was never capped again.
Yeah, even inflated, if I didn't make any mistakes on calculations, it looks, like Liedholm get two world class (at least) seasons in the above posts. About Maldini, until this season, he seems had been playing as fullback at both sides. But he get his prime playing as a centerback.
Serie-A 1959-60 According the original source, for overall points, the top players were: 1. J.Charles - 243 points 2. Hamrin - 238.5 points 3. Losi - 232.5 points 4. Anzolin - 228 points 5. In late June 1964, the results of a macro-survey (I don't know who organized it or what its details were) were published to designate the best footballer of the season in Italy. I have only been able to locate the clipping that I attach, in the hope that someone can shed more light in relation to that choice.

Notes: In the rescheduled match Juve-Inter played after the 34ºR, Internazionale lineup a B-team (S.Mazzola debut), meanwhile Juventus lineup his A-team (ranked players as Charles, Sarti and Mora, and also Sivori who scored 6 goals this match).
