Re: Serie A - 4a Giornata [R] Good, I get to see the final nail in Capello's coffin as they will lose again.
Rather than have a separate thread for predictions, post any you have here. I'm keeping track of the standings in a separate thread. Brian did contribute some positive things - the prediction leagues being one example - and I'd like to keep this one going. BTW, I never asked to have him banned - I just wanted to work to try to limit the scope of his spam-like posting. But he apparently dug his own grave (by his own admission) by getting into a swearing contest with the site administrators over the silly matter of post count. Anyway... here are my picks for this week: Saturday Sept 28 Juventus 2 - Parma 1 Lazio 1 - Milan 1 Sunday Sept 29 Bologna 2 - Piacenza 0 Brescia 1 - Roma 0 Como 0 - Reggina 0 Modena 2 - Torino 1 Perugia 1 - Empoli 0 Udinese 1 - Atalanta 2 Inter 3 - Chievo 2

I think I'm with SueB in regards to BrianC. I never really had a problem with him(maybe he did post the same story 5 times on some occasions ) but the way he went out showed a lack of class. Calling people names is something a ten year old would do. Or maybe he is ten years old, I don't know.
lol, yea same here Spartak. How old is he? He hasn't been around two much anymore. The Italian section is getting more empty. I'm going to go on the soccerage message board section and tell all italian club fans to come onto bigsoccer. I dont think he's young. But how did he find the time to make so many posts?
I just find annoying his obssession with that little number under his nickname, BTW regarding this contest I don't have Serie A coverage anymore, so I can't follow it so closely!
PSN is not in the air anymore! ESPN shows just Spain, Scotland and Netherlands, Fox EPL and I have no more Le Championnat and Bundesliga!
Saturday Sept 28 Juventus 3 - Parma 1 Lazio 1 - Milan 2 Sunday Sept 29 Bologna 3 - Piacenza 0 Brescia 2 - Roma 0 Como 0 - Reggina 1 Modena 2 - Torino 2 Perugia 2 - Empoli 0 Udinese 1 - Atalanta 3 Inter 4 - Chievo 1 Pichi

For completeness' sake, here are Brian's picks (oops, sorry, Rossonera Bhoy) that he posted earlier this week: 28 September Juventus 2-1 Parma Lazio 0-2 Milan 29 September Bologna 1-2 Piacenza Brescia 1-1 Roma Como 1-2 Reggina Modena 2-0 Torino Perugia 0-1 Empoli Udinese 0-1 Atalanta Inter 2-1 Chievo
28 September Juventus 3-0 Parma Lazio 3-1 Milan ** 29 September Bologna 2-0 Piacenza Brescia 0-1 Roma Como 1-4 Reggina Modena 1-1 Torino Perugia 2-1 Empoli Udinese 1-1 Atalanta Inter 2-1 Chievo ** Ian's Upset Special ** Ian's Lock Of The Week (Each week, you will all have the benefit of my fearless forecasting. This week, my Upset pick and Lock of the Week are the same game!)
Could i change some of my predictions? Juventus 2 - Parma 0 Lazio 0 - Milan 3 Sunday Sept 29 Bologna 2 - Piacenza 2 Brescia 1 - Roma 1 Como 0 - Reggina 2 Modena 1 - Torino 1 Perugia 2 - Empoli 1 Udinese 1 - Atalanta 2 Inter 2 - Chievo 1 I just changed three results but I posted the others a while ago, and I wantedd to change what I put. Count this one as my predictions!
Juventus 2 Parma 2 Del Piero scored the tying goal in the last seconds of five minutes of stoppage time. Thank goodness this isn't the end of the season, or there would be cries of bias, conspiracies, and paid-off refs. Of course, there probably will be anyway. None of us got this one!
Italians Greatest Giants Slip Up(R) Lazio 1 Milan 1 Maldini, Claudio Lopez Juventus 2 Parma 2 DP, Tudor Adriano, Nakata Now if Inter and Piacenza win they'll be top.
Sunday's early scores: Brescia 2 Roma 3 Bologna 1 Piacenza 0 Como 1 Reggina 1 Modena 2 Torino 1 Perugia 1 Empoli 3 Udinese 1 Atalanta 0
Points so far, ahead of the Inter-Chievo game SueB 19 Spartak 11 Jawz10 11 Mr Magoo 11 Rossonera Bhoy (aka Brian C) 11 Ian McCracken 11 soccerfan220 5 pichi 3 Let me know if I've made any mistakes that you can see. Everybody picked Inter to win later today, so only the final score will determine point differences. Okay, updated with the last result - several of you benefitted from getting the Inter-Chievo score exactly right - 2-1. But nobody caught me.
