I only saw the first half. We absolutely abused them on the wings, consistently getting the ball in front of the goal. On frame? Not so much. Got kinda luck on that last goal. It looked like the T2 keeper thought the defender in front of him was going to block the shot. Instead, the defender got out of the way.
Not a great start to tonight's match. Also, why is the pitch so waterlogged? Watering the pitch to let the ball roll faster is one thing; this looks more like playing in a swamp.
Yeah, the overdid the watering this week. Our passes were pretty weak and it seems to me we didn't adjust to the conditions. That was a disappointing outcome. A "W" would have set us up to overtake Reno for a top seed in our last meeting. A sense of "seize the opportunity" seemed to be lacking last night.
