Seol scores 55 seconds into the match vs. Ghent. Video at www.rsca.be Good to see him back from injury.
Seol will have to get back to his high-scoring ways if Mornar is transferred to Portsmouth http://soccernet.espn.go.com/headlinenews?id=289543&cc=5901
Donovan and Mornar? That's a great aquisition! Expect Pompey's front line to fire on all cylinders if this goes through. As for Seol, he should find the net regularily all the time. The link between Anderlecht and Mbo Mpenza is getting stronger by the day and so if Broos opts for Mpenza-Jestrovic, Seol is another bench warmer again.
He just scored again in the 29th minute, against St. Trond. Maybe that that surgery and the layoff did him some good.
Yeah I heard about that too! This is the sort of consistency we need but really so far that's only 2 goals. Keep going at it Seol! Also he's under pressure because Anderlecht is strongly linked with Belgium international Mbo Mpenza. Seol will need to establish himself as the defacto goal machine of Anderlecht to secure his spot.

It's great to have yet another guy playing well in Europe I mean... like we never really heard of this guy until he actually went to Belgium and then again he was "that guy who went to Belgium." And look at him now. He was really smart to go directly to Europe and bypass the K-League and J-League.
i don't know what is so surprising. Seol has always been my favorite korean player because he is the most skilled, and is not commercial-oriented. he is the most talented forward as his individual moves are the best on the korean team aside from Lee Young-Pyo, and the reason he is not striker is because he is the only forward capable of playing on the left side since he can use both feet for crosses. Plus, his heading is better than any player. i will admit he doesn't have a pure shot, but he makes up for it with playmaking capabilities. also, anderlecht is not just a belgian team, they are a powerhouse in belgium. there were talks of a transfer to the EPL (Tottenham, West Ham) but Anderlecht is a better team... hence, Champions League. Too bad he couldn't play because of injury. Seol should be no surprise to be the best forward for Korea right now.
It's a point I made many times. Anderlecht are better than most mid table English sides and contend in the UEFA Champions League pretty much every season. It would not be a wise move for him to go to one of the lower mid table sides who never play in Europe, and possibly won't use him not being "convinced of his ability." Anderlecht is a good place to be. The coaching staff obviously have faith in him and he's got the potential to be a huge star in Anderlecht.
