I think they all want Pep and Pep prolly wants it, but it all comes down if he has the energy or not as even a year ago he was contemplating leaving City for a break.

She should want to make her husband happy. If I was a betting man, he wants the job but promised his wife. IMO, he declines. It's a shame because except for the promise to wifey, the timing works out perfectly. He averages 4.5 years per job. So this would work for the Azzurri.
