I’m not going to pass judgement on anything until the details of what this DT is responsible for are revealed. If they’re telling Maldini “here’s a job with a salary. You’re in charge of ABC, but you can’t change XYZ” then it’s better that he stays home. FIGC is a bureaucratic hell. Imagine being told there are some positions and staff that can’t be eliminated etc. If I were FIGC president, sending Renzo Ulivieri into retirement would be my first task on day 1

Esattemente cosa Dovrebbe fare sto DIRETTORE TECNICO? Non può fare calcio mercato come i club, il CT magari lo decide insieme con il presidente, ma comunque l'ultima parola c'è l'ha il presidente, per l'organizzazione delle nazionali giovanili se ne occupa il coordinatore delle nazionali giovanili (Viscidi) al massimo potrbbe fare da ponte con il CT per l'U21, ma alla fine l'ultima parola tocca al CT scelto e allora in concreto cosa potrebbe fare? E POI che poteri vuole? ancora non sono riuscito a capirlo, se voleva potere di cambiare l'organizzazione era meglio che si presentasse come Presidente, per quanto riguarda Ulivieri lui è il presidente dell'Associazione Allenatori Italiani e lui è eletto non può essere cacciato, ma al massimo gli allenatori perdono fiducia in lui e non l'eleggono più, ma non può essere cacciato da Presidente, DT ecc...
Per quanto riguarda Ulivieri, voglio solo fare un esempio di come si tratti di un uomo che non dovrebbe ricoprire alcuna carica di potere. Eppure eccolo lì. Morirà su quella poltrona.
