@Vieri#9 Did you watch the Catalunya GP? I forgot all about it. Absolute bullshit, man. Kimi's overtake on George Russell with 6 laps to go had me out of my chair. This kid is a serial killer. I would have been more than happy with a P2. Then half a lap later his engine goes. Seconds later Leclerc's in the Ferrari goes as well. WTF? It kind of evens out as GR's engine went in Montreal.
I'm not a Ferrari fan but this is a cool photo of Novak Djokovic waving the checkerd flag as the prancing horse takes it.
Not sure. Id probably prefer somebody like Rao there. This is the problem when so many clubs (14/20) use a 3-5-2 that we don’t know what they can do in other formations. Italy has already paid a hefty price by pigeon-holing Bastoni in a 4 and Dimarco as FB then they fail.
You know, who the hell knows what would have happened had italy played instead of Bosnia. I'm just curious of Gattuso would have started Di Lorenzo, who would have been recovered from his injury, ahead of Palestra who won the Defender of the Season Award. I still maintain that unlike many teams in the tournament Italy were at a great age.
I think it was pretty apparent that Palestra should have started that game after he had come on. The thing that cooked us is our CB pairing we needed a pairing to step up and take over and work well together that’s what separated us. Shame also Ricci didn’t pan out yet Locatelli is too slow and can’t make the in game adjustments. It was like a riddle for Gattuso, trust some of the youth and a back 4 you go through or play overall the same old and you sit at home.
I really should post it but a podcaster gave his list of player pool going forward and his starting 11. I only agree with about 25% of what he said but two comments stuck out at me and I agree with: 1) Something asked here 1000X's before, why didn't a journalist ask Baldini why Tresoldi wasn't called. 2) Ricci. Despite being disgarded by Max, to me, I am not giving up on the kid. September callup as a vice-Tonali. Lets hipe those piece-of-shit Milan handle him properly next year. EDIT: 3rd one was Lipani to be called.
Absolutely but I wonder if they qualified if he starts DiLo. He likely would have and this is sad to write.
Some perspective on the latest qualifiers: Put Italy in a CONMEBOL-style table (or UCL league phase to make it UEFA appropriate) and they finish 6th. Higher than six group winners, including Germany, Spain, France, and Portugal. (FIVE points ahead of the latter.)— Inter Thoughts (@ThoughtsInter) June 14, 2026
The germany match was a joke thats whay happens when its a 48 team world cup. Preparw for more games like this in group stage. Id love to lay out infantino what a w*****. Money is all he cares about. Its a disgrace.
Japs getting carved up now. They down a goal and bringing in nagatomo for sentimental reasons. Thought they had an Italian coach. No. He's Japanese
On the italian football podcast they are saying about trying to get soule to play for italy as he wasnt cqlled up to argentina for world cup. Soule has made it clear he wants to play for argentina not italy, he has said this multiple times. Why is this still been discussed its pathetic.
Zero reason for these guys to keep rehashing this shit. He made his bed, let him lay in it, and move on.
