Both performances where excellent. Remember watching both games. We outclassed belgium and spain and could have won by more particularly against spain. I’m a 4-3-3 fan so i agree with this tye of formation. The only things that wouldn’t work in your formation is: - Kean as LW doesn’t work. Despite having good speed, he doesn’t have dribbling to play in that position. In addition: a winger is supposed to provide assists to the team mates, but Kean is a very selfish player. If Vergara will play regularly he can develop as LW, as he is also left footed. For the future: in one or two seasons, if Cacciamani plays in serie A, he could be the right player for that position. Then there are minor other changes i’d do: - The CF could be Retegui or Kean, but both passed their top fitness. Pio Esposito works very well in a 4-3-3 system, he has a good header and he is able to score if gets assists. In addition there is Tresoldi, who must absolutely be capped before Germany does, he is the another one to try, if Pio fails. As Left back we have plenty of solutions: Ruggeri had a great season with Atletico reaching the Champions league semifinals, but also Bartesaghi is a great prospect. The third option is Bernasconi from Atalanta. And I’m not considering Dimarco because he suits more a 3-5-2 system.
I would just start Inacio and Pio right now and whoever is the most in form on the RW/RAM.
