Dimarco and Barella are having a monster year for assists. 24 total between the two!

LOL great another playoff for our mentally handicapped current generation!

Agreed, go young with it if we are afforded the opportunity. Also cap tie everyone we can!

Earning it through another playoff would actually sit ok with me, you could say for one reason or another one nation dropped off or was disclosed, so a playoff was held. easier to digest than being hand picked.

We played our best playing a 4-3-3, as amazing as our squad was in that Euros, imagine them playing a 3-5-2, we prolly would've lost that tournament. Develop wingers and stick with a 4-3-3 like every top nation plays! Mancini has my vote:

    https://football-italia.net/mancini-calls-53-young-players-for-italy-trials/

He is a coach that gives everyone including teenagers a chance! I want them to bring back those trials.

Our entire team has had monster diarrhea episodes for 12 years now. I'll still give credit where credit is do in the Serie A like everyone else does.

    Speriamo!

Big time win for Fiorentina, they are not getting relegated. Only 1 loss in 8 games, way to turn things around.

this tells us everything ... these italians talents that went to Germany obviously got advice to join top class academies where there is a pipeline to the first team.

Fiorentina have actually been fantastic under Vanoli in the new year. I believe even if they narrowly would have avoided relegation they would have been the first team in Serie A history to have so few wins by Christmas and not be relegated to go beyond that is fantastic.

I love how people are talking about it!!!

12 years too late but it's the only way

Castaldo has been called up for a second consecutive Serie A match, and he played 0 minutes today as well.
If you're ahead against Lecce, why not bring him on for the final 15 minutes? The same situation was seen against Cremona. More courage is needed when launching young players.

It's so bad IFP did a good segment on Gravin's last report as he left and how bad the stats are for playing youth and really everything. its just a mess.

Cassano says now on Viva El Futbol, that the word is Milan and Allegri are heading towards a separation and that the rumour is Gasperini will replace him. Gasperini, Allegri and Conte are all rumoured to be on the outs.

Gasperini and Ranieri have been having a passive aggressive war of words in the press. I don’t think he survives past this season.

Conte’s future in Naples will depend on whether or not he agrees to the transfer policy of the upcoming season.

And that leaves Allegri. They’ve been reporting for weeks that both Milan and Allegri were not happy with each other. Now Max is really risking that Milan exit the top 4.

I have a bad feeling in my stomach

By all accounts ever since Malagò was rumored to win the Presidency, his first choice is Mancio.

So there is that to hang our hats on.

Surely these fossils know that Conte & Max are not one to carry out a rebuild. Of the candidates, only Roberto Mancini can do it.

Della Rovere, Inacio, Reggiani are in Germany because they were SCOUTED. Something that Italians can only do for 3rd rate foreigners who can also double as rugby players. Italians have lost the ability to scout even within our own sectors. The Germans have become more furbo than us and we should thank them for now developing our own guys.

I’m reminded of what Del Piero said. In Italy we stopped paying attention to skillful talents. The scouts only care about a players height and physique.

If Liberali and Camarda were German and came up through the Bayern system, they would have never left the team. They would have been slowly integrated with a plan and with patience

If you’re a striker or attacking winger and you want to kill your career, just go to Allegri. It’s crazy how much he devalued both Leao and Pulisic this year
