My cousin is one of the head Napoli Ultras (definitely not bragging) and the amount of crap they're involved in is pretty comical. I wanted to ask him "Soooo what does this stuff have to do with Napoli?" but I didn't want to stir anything up.

Never been a fan of any Ultras on any teams, just a bunch of drama queens.

IMO we should never play a home game at San Siro ever again.

In terms of the Italian players who played for Juve today, literally nothing good to report. They were just as shit as the foreigners (not named Koopmeiners who is the only one to save face).

With respect to Cambiaso, today was a good reminder as to why he can't play in a back four.

I feel like I should ask the elephant in the room....can any Italian defender defend in this current generation? Back three or back four....I'm starting to see no evidence whatsoever

Classic juve. Unable to cheat in Europe. And not as effective at the dark arts in italy

I'm going to keep saying it until I'm blue in the face. It's a young man's game. If you can't match the other team's pace and energy in Europe, you will suffer.

In Serie A we bring back retreads like Bernardeschi and Modric is made to look good at 40 because our pace is so slow. Head to Europe and they physically overwhelm us.

The only way to win in Europe is to match the energy OR have such skill and talent that you can move the ball around at will and make people chase. In Italy right now we aren't developing young players AND we keep importing terrible foreign talent. It's a bad combo.

Juve's buys the last few years have been particularly terrible. How the hell is Lloyd Kelly playing on Juve? I mean that's how far we have sunk.

Btw, how is Scalvini going to start for Gli Azzurri if he can't even start this huge match against Borussia? Then Djimsiti gets subbed and Scalvini still doesn't come on.

Either Palla is retarded or Scalvini just isn't good enough. I've always worried about his athletic limitations.

I know Juve has had some terrible purchases the last couple years, but it doesn't mean Spalletti has to play them all. Talk about a manager who is horrific at playoff tournament type games. Btw, Cambiaso and Locatelli were not bad at all today. The disaster was Lloyd Kelly and Cabal...two BIDONI that should be working at a supermercato...not in our defense. And, why was Weston playing striker???? The Canadian and Openda are so fckin bad that we put an American midfielder with poor technical skill at striker??

And, then we wonder why Juve was smoked....

Juventus has a number of young players. The issue is they lack quality. Bremer is the entire backline. When he went off hurt, the team was in shambles. It certainly didn't help that Cabal got sent off in 20 minutes.

I swear this is not hyperbole. Kelly is the absolute worst defender I have ever seen play for Juve, perhaps the worst player period. How he continues to start is beyond me. When people complain about young Italian players not getting an opportunity because of some poor quality foreign player, Kelly should be the poster child.

Holy overreaction. Scalvini is one of our best defenders. Calm down.

He played great in a back 4 vs Inter. First Scalvini and now Cambiaso slander. People really need to calm down already, Serie A teams except for Inter never do good in the Champs League. You don't even have Napoli or Milan in it.

Reggiani was obviously nervous the first half hour or so but he really grew into the game. How embarrassing is it that other countries have more faith in Italian youngsters than we do?

    Dortmund's coach on Inacio:

"He will have a great career IF he continues to grow like this, he will make great progress. At 17 years old I see a lot of potential in him. He will be the future of Dortmund & Italian football”

I am so glad he is with them and not rotting over in Italy.

Calafiori is already training with the rest team and may play today. I think this is the problem. Arsenal does not give him enough time to recover. That is why he comes up with muscular issues. I hope I am wrong because as I have said many times, We really need him.
