Federico #Chiesa has given his availability to return to #Juventus which would like to sign him from #Liverpool on loan with the option to buy. #LFC ask a permanent deal. Expected direct talks next week. Giorgio #Chiellini & Luciano #Spalletti love Fede and pushing for his return— Nicolò Schira (@NicoSchira) January 11, 2026 Please ********ing happen.
Juve need another dynamic option in attack. In many of these games, if Yildiz doesn't make something happen, nothing happens. The "old Chiesa" would make a difference. I'm not sure he's that player anymore.
Miretti is coming on strong recently now that he is healthy and has Spal's trust. Yidz, Chiesa, Conceicao and Miretti would be a nice rotation up front flanking whoever is the Juve striker
I don't understand how Miretti isn't in the fold. Everytime I watch him he always plays well. If he were in the 80s or 90s era he'd be getting callups all the time.
Chiesa will play at Juve ..with Liverpool it's not so much that he wasn't starting its that the manager never wanted him and when he turned garbage minutes into a player of the month award and it was clear he would still not play Chiesa made it clear he wanted to leave if possible which gave Slot his second excuse to not play him. Being rotated isn't a bad thing these days with all the games but Chiesa was getting minutes at Liverpool like he was a 17 year old filling out the bench.
Sempre? When Italy won the Cup in 2006 they had the highest average age. Second highest average age was the Finalists, France. Anyhow, a call to youth is not the issue with these idiots. Italy has players at the proper age.
he's been fantastic he's maybe not the great number 10 that we've been missing but he does give us another option. Colpani Brescianini Baldanzi have all disappointed the last two years but he could be more of a link up player to play ahead of Barella and Tonali. 532 --------------------------Kean-------Retegui Di Marco----------Barella--------------Miretti-----------Palestra ------------------------------------Tonali ------------------Bastoni------Calafiori---Scalvini ---------------------------------Gigio 343 --------------------------------Retegui --------------------Miretti------------------Orsolini Di Marco----------Barella------------Tonali---------Palestra ------------------Bastoni------Calafiori---Scalvini ---------------------------------Gigio
It won't happen but I'd like to see Retegui return. I'm not worried about him but an Italy player in that part of the world leaves me uneasy. I want him playing at a higher quality league.
If Colombo keeps bagging goals, stays fit, keeps moving intelligently, and keeps proving his support play...I swear we are looking at a player that is peaking. He is showing tremendous potential...to me the potential is off the charts. From watching him closely, he is a central reference with movement and drop in ability that confuses the central defenders
the problem with someone like Colombo is even if he scores 15 goals bringing him into a playoff situation would be too risky. It's a tough spot where we have to go with what we know but what we know hasn't been working all that well.
I don't disagree that Miretti has made a contribution of late but I'm still not persuaded that he's anything better than an average player. He's still young so we'll see how it plays out. Of the guys you mention, Yildiz is the only star. We don't know what Chiesa is anymore. Last year, I was very excited by Conceicao. He hasn't convinced me that he can consistently make a contribution like Yildiz does. A lot of "ifs" for Juve, and the NT if you consider what, if anything, Chiesa and Miretti have to offer.
I don't, way too many forwards there and their starters are better than him. It's like Atletico all over again.
