What are some of the best tactics for communicating with college coaches if your kid is going through the college recruiting process?

MN Eclipse created a very successful newsletter to keep college coaches updated on player development. Coaches who could not travel during the recent lockdowns and recruiting dead period could see everything happening at the club, view highlights from each player, and watch full game footage. The head coach used TRACE video and links to Trace iDs within these emails, so he didn't have to update very much every time he sent these newsletters out. I thought this club's story was very interesting and an innovative way to communicate with college coaches.

Would love to hear other stories of how clubs or parents or players communicate with college coaches. Maybe some email templates that have worked well? Advice?
