    Who cursed Mexico when playing against Argentina? 21 years since Mexico has beat them. Insane. Especially considering Mexico has beaten every other South American country.

    That was the case about 10 years ago. I feel like we can’t beat the top South American consistently anymore.

    They've also just always been better than us. 20-something years of no wins sounds bad, but I can't think of a game in my lifetime where we were favorites to beat them. It's just reality.

    wacthing an argie stream (tv azteca and televisa dead :cautious:) and at the end argie commentators praising mexico wtf? team was trash.... anyway 3 and out at the senior world cup

    Yea Argentina's tactics were super obvious and well trained. They really suffocated Mexico's midfield, would immediately put 2 to 3 defenders on Mora. Argentina was super fast on the transitional play. The tactics and level of play were superior to Mexico no excuses.
