Did you guys hear about this? It says Ecuador may be coming to play the US in a friendly in Tampa on March 25th. I checked the official USSoccer website but no confirmation there so I assume it's not a done deal.

bien Ecuador....muy bien. I gather beating a 14th FIFA ranked team should help you guys leapfrog in to the top 20 for next month.

I am not sure if it is considered a FIFA date. Besides, even if it was...you get very little points for friendlies, very little.

José Luis Perlaza al fútbol chino
    Guayaquil (CRE).-

I went a few years ago to an Ecuador-Honduras game which ended up as a tie but the crowd was absolutely crazy....it made me feel exactly like if i was at the atahualpa....I've been to a few games and the Ecuafans have never let down, they are really supportive here

Ecuador ties 1-1 with Sweden. Future star Real Madrid's Guerrero sees "red" and Ecuador finishes the game with 9 players (on player had to leave the pithc injured and all subs had been already done).

That was a dumb ass play. The kid is good but he has to learn how to use his brain. The Ecuadorian B team did not play well. They looked very rusty.
