When you guys go to Independence Games do they sit you in the Daughters of Betsy Bank behind the goalkeeper?
We are the Sons of Ben there and not the DOb's. There is no location behind the goals and the coach asked us to be behind the players bench next season.
I know you guys are still SoBs... Didn't know if there was a DoB... There is a place behind one of the goals on the website listed as the DoB Bank. I've never been, but am seriously considering Season Tickets for Next Year... I want to make sure I sit in the right spot if I do.
No, there's no bank. We were being put in a GA section before. We were talking to the FO about standing on the pitch behind the goals or something, but Coach Riley wants us to be behind the players. So that's where we'll probably end up next season. Not bad, imo.

I wasn't being serious, but I've never heard of "Ben's Bastards" Who/What are they? Are they associated with the UNION? I've never heard of them. I wasn't being serious, but WAY back when the THREAD first started we toyed with "Bastard Sons of Ben" or "Ben's Bastards" and even "Illegitimate Bastards" which is a bit redundant, but ended up with "The Illegitimate Sons of Ben" aka The IllegitimateS.
it was just 2 guys who were friends with me and a few other people who were kind of kicking around names for a mini supporters group. they wanted to go with bens bastards. they havent been to a game since one of them sat in chester lock up for chucking a beer bottle onto the field. i doubt they'll be back anytime soon on that number
Ahhhh... The Chester Hotel. PPL must have a ZERO Tolerance Law. I mean chucking a bottle onto the field is kinda dumb, but throw them out. Do we really need to waste tax payer dollars processing them and putting them in jail for the night?
yea. it was a real dumb move by my friend, but he actually wound up staying there for a night or two, because the judge apparently isnt in on weekends in chester, or at least wasn't that night. so he spent 2 days in lock up, and posted bail. like the FO couldn't have just fined him, and been done with it?
