the trial havent finished.......but dont know i think we cant always be so conform with the "procedal truth" ............when a judge archive a case not always is because the guy is inocent but some procedural and agreement issues...........the guy appeared with blood and hitted...i doubt he lied...and villa dindt deny he only said that he would give his version...... i wont be bothered if we make a good precedent with villa to show the consecuences of domestic violence........... for example wooody allen abussed her daughter but a judge decided not to open a case......not always we can be so blind with a judge say...
That is true But at the same time, false domestic and sexual abuse reports are not uncommon and they can destroy a person's life. So when it comes to this stuff, I hope he didn't do it and I hope he never does it. If he doesn't get called up, that's on him regardless.
