Has anyone received their season tickets yet? It's my first time ordering season tix, so I'm not sure if I should be anxious or calm about not seeing them yet. Glad it's going to snow this weekend, hopefully that will get it out of the way and the 17th will be nice. Quango
Yes I got my season tickets and the guy I sit with got his too. I'd give a call to your rep ... they came early last week.
Count me among those who haven't received them. Have any of you who "qualified" for a replica jersey for paying by a certain time received yours?
Forgot to mention that I have the half season ticket package. Maybe that makes a difference in the timing of receipt.
We got ours (full season) last week by UPS. We paid in time to qualify for the free jerseys, but our rep said (back in December) that we wouldn't be getting them till spring. I would second the suggestion that you call your rep. The reps I've dealt with are super-nice, and they'll be happy to answer your question or do any necessary follow-up.
I Received Mine Late Last Week. Also Spoke With My Rep This Morning About Our Free Tickets And Those Will Be Printed And Out By The Middle Of Next Week
My rep, Becky, said they went out today. I have the half season as well, so maybe those went later than full season. They did not go out if you're not going to the LA game, I guess. Is it possible that you accidentally checked the option for picking up the tickets at the box office at the first game? I thought there was an option on the form for something like that... (note: if you DID do that, make sure you get there extra early on game day - I remember we did it a couple of years ago, when there was the double header on opening day with the WUSA game - and we ended up missing most of the first game waiting in an endless and VERY slow moving line).
We ordered 1 full season and 1 half season and they billed us separately. We received the full season tickets a week ago but as of Tuesday we had not received the half season. Called the Rapids office and they said if we did not receive them by Saturday to pick them up at the Will Call. I e-mailed my rep and asked him to send them overnight but have never heard back from him. This surprises me as he has always answered me right away. If those tickets are not at will call Saturday there will be an early fireworks display at Mile High, let me tell you. Doesn't speak well of the efficiency of the front office when they cant make one bill from one order and then cant mail them all at the same time.
The full season tickets come bound in a special booklet. Maybe they sent those out when they came from the printer. As for the half-season tix, aren't those printed out, a la Ticketmaster style? They might be generated elsewhere and at a different time. That might be why you're getting yours separately. In a perfect world, though, they would have coordinated it better.
