So I guess the Power's postgame parties are gonna be there this season. If that's the case, then that is waaaaay cool!! I might go to the kick-off party... if I can get out of work.
Sounds cool! Where is it? Never heard of it. I'll be there! You gonna try and make it Kathy?? I just hope I can make it to the rest of the games after June 1st -my days off will be changing and I might very well NOT get Saturdays off. We'll see... N~
Jillian's isn't too far from Mitchel Field. Its on Old County Rd. (where the Roosevelt Field Mall is)... just a few blocks away, on that same street. This is definately gonna be the best post-game party spot!
Damn! I just realized I agreed to work for someone that day just the other day. Couldn't they announce this sooner??? grrrrrrrrrr.... maybe I can get out of it. damn.
Just a reminder bump about this. I'm at work right now, but I'm gonna try and get out of here by 6 and hopefully catch the end of it. Anyone going for sure? Norma
Nick you wise ass! I'm off my KID crutches, but had to work today and i'm going to a music club to see some band. So I won't be making the trip down. Mel.... I had surgery on my foot... broke my big toes years ago (at soccer practice) and it never healed itself right so... I had to have the bone shaved on the top and side then the doc cut the toe and reset it.
So, did ANYONE go?? I thought I was going to be able to get out of work at 6 to be there by 7, but I got stuck on two flights that had denied boardings and had to handle that, so that by the time I got out of there, and on the road it was almost 7:30. Then I got stuck in traffic, so missed it all. I had called Jillian's and they said it was until 8pm, so, I missed it all. damn. I'd sure like to know how it went. Norma
