I have a number of teams from multiple sports I get emails from due to being a visiting fan back in the day. Iowa was one.
I've never been west of Indianapolis (Raceway Park to be precise), but I get bombarded with emails from the Chicago Fire. I once kept getting Mets-branded credit card offers in the mail because I had requested pocket schedules from the Mets (along with the other 25 teams whose ballpark I don't get to on an annual basis. No team-branded junk mail from any of the other 25 (or the ones I actually bought tickets from, either).
St Louis CITY is about to start the season 4-0. 1) every team that has started a season 4-0 has made the playoffs. 2) shows what the ‘experts’ know, pretty much everyone picked them to finish dead last.

I’m in Charlotte for the weekend for a conference. As it turns out, Charlotte FC has a home match. HUGE NFL stadium of course with a completely empty upper deck, but most of the lower bowl is filled in. And of course a plastic pitch. Good craft beer selection, and BARBECUE!! Supporters section doesn’t seem quite as organized as the Nordecke. I feel like I’m watching the 2022 Crew. Lots of passes backward to the defenders; they’re playing everything out of the back. Porter 2.0. And to top it off, a flubbed back pass picked off by the Dead Bulls for a score. Just like 2022. 1-0 at the half.
