ORL/WAS and CHI/POR are two great matchups with lots of history... No way to predict how either of those will go

LA/NJY doesn't have the history but does have the coach change storyline for drama, and I expect Coombe to outclass her old side fairly easily

RGN should get at least 4pts this week, and while I hope it's not the case, I would not be surprised if NC get their first point or three of the season too...

Well Reign got 3 points in this first game so that's good. They face a pretty hot San Diego team that's killing it on the road though so hopefully they are able to stop the streak. :sneaky::whistling:

Well GG Gotham FC, we had so many opportunities to draw and many corners but we just couldn't get the job done. Our corners were terrible this game and unacceptable. We need to spend the next several practices making them work, otherwise we aren't getting anywhere in this league.

Unfortunately we are losing our head start in the standings but we're still at 2. That will certainly change in the next week when we start our rough schedule going forward in June, first with Portland Thorns at their home, and then we face a pretty decent Houston Dash at home again. Lots of teams are just 1 point away from us now so a lot of opportunities to now take those top spots in the standings. It was good to be on top while it lasted though.

Well, the only thing I missed was the NJY win - and even then, it sounds like LA was clearly the better team on the night.
