Dont let the door hit your ass on the way out.

  3. Calm down Mike. The way things work in MLS you'll probably be back in a Metro kit again next season.

You're joking, right? Mathis was on international duty for a chunk of the season but he still left every commentator pointing out that, with Clintinho on the pitch, we always dominated.

At least Bradley knows something you don't. Cletus is the best player on the continent.

Petke we could afford to lose -- even if he was a darn good defender. Faria was a bigger loss.

I can't believe I'm even taking the time to point this out, it's so obvious...

You were never a fan of the Metrostars if you gonna stop supporting them because they traded Mke Petke.

Calm down, he's obviously a sock puppet. And if you're not, we really don't want you to be a fan of our club if your allegiances change that quickly.

Petke was a good player but his play seems to have deteriorated the last 2 seasons and even more so last season. I'm glad the Scum wanted Petke instead of Jolley, who's always been solid.

Clint Mathis did act like a prima donna this season, I'll agree to that. Having said that, he has the potential to be the greatest player this country has ever had, assuming he goes back to pre-injury form and knocks off the bull$hit. And, if he ever gets to play in Europe, he also has what it takes to reach world class status. There is no way you can say that about Petke.
