As compared to your keen insight this year when:

    First Issa wasn't to blame.

    Then the Haslams weren't.

    Then Nancy wasn't.

Now Nagbe and the players aren't.

Who are you going to absolve next, the Nordecke Board?

Option E, all of the above (in varying degrees). Although with the players, it’s not intentional (some have lost their confidence/mojo) and others are injured.

Now for the even worse news, Sean needs 4+ more weeks to heal according to his latest assessment. Rossi is getting an MRI on his hamstring today, but they don’t believe it’s a complete tear.

Yikes. If my math is right, 10+ weeks is mid- to late-November. That means at best he's available by the conference semifinals. Our chances to make it that far seem dim. Ah, what a disappointing season.

How lucky were we to have that original bunch from the Haslam Era? I think there was only one person from then we weren't sad to see depart and, from what I heard, she got some unfair criticism.

Diego Rossi got Team Of The Matchday Starting XI. Daniel Gazdag got a spot on the bench.

Even a partial thickness tear is not the greatest of things for a striker who frequently tracks back as much as he does. He's going to be just a wrong slide, step, or over strain from tearing it entirely. He's certainly not going to be able to go 100% the way he has been, he will have to play more of a target role and expect someone else to step up to be in his role of someone willing to come back and make plays happen.

And I saw that Rossi is 2-4 weeks so no Rossi until playoffs likely, so we shall see how low we can go in those standings.

Gonna need JRR to put his goal-scoring boots back on.

Shit, don't remind us that JRR is all we have as a back-up for Rossi.

    This Exactly

    1) HSG is to blame they ruin everything they touch like running off/ letting Bez leave thinking they can win without him. It’s not as easy as they think and he isn’t the only key guy that left McGuiness (sp?) left too

    2) Tall , maybe these moves work out but they have been entirely to slow and time will tell. Even if it works out it still be despite HSG who doesn’t make things easy for Tall

    3) Injuries- who do you blame for that other than the first two for not having depth

    4) Nancy- reality he makes the first to look better than they are

    5) Players- they have to get the least amount of blame , they didn’t blow up and short staff the roster

One thing that made me give respect to HSM was when they took over the team.

Im sure you recall the state of HCS at the time. Even aside from the lavatory doors hanging by one hinge, all the dead lightbulbs and broken fixtures, the place was utterly filthy from top to bottom.

Your shoes stuck to.the floors, the grime was caked on the walls, the whole thing was a ghetto.

First game back, the place had been.scrubbed within an inch of its life. It was still a bit worn, but the effort was obvious. You didnt feel like you needed a shower or a shot of penecillin.

Plus, the updated security process to enter HCS after HSG took over. Was a big upgrade.

And the (then) new facial recognition entry. I'm still waiting for the Jackets to adopt this. Heck, even the Reds did this season.
