I have only felt angry once on BS and it was when someone called me intellectually dishonest in the politics board (I know, I know), somehow that got to me. Otherwise the most I can work myself up to is mildly annoyed.

It's a Shell gas station about a block from my house.

If you like gas though, and funny smells, you'll love Sneaky Pete's

We had one of those where I'm from. It's called Jumpin' Jimmy's. I wonder if he and Sneaky Pete are brothers or somethin. :D

Funny that. The episode of Southpark I watched earlier had an advert for the magnificent Alabama Man action figure. Bowling, drinking beer and beating up the wife apparently is the highlight of life. I guess that Nicodemus145 is covered by the disclaimer though.

I'm all citified now. Nobody from where I grew up can understand why I'd possibly want to live first in St. Louis, and then Chicago, and now Amsterdam. Small Town USA generally also means small minds. At least in the town where I grew up it does.

btw, Jumpin' Jimmy's was our only gas station/convenience store. We didn't have a McDonalds, nor a pizza delivery place, and people thought you were being uppity if you drove 10 miles to eat fake Chinese food. Oh, and we had one stoplight in the entire COUNTY (none in my town).
