Yikes Mykhailo Mudryk vs West Ham: 4 passes completed 0 shots 0 successful dribbles 0 chances created Not a memorable game for the £88m man! [emoji51]
They've missed Bruno G a lot the past few games. Having him back will help them a lot. They continue to struggle for goals though.
Interpretation of rules in one thing. To get it flatly incorrect is another: https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/64613315
The Martinez PK that cost us the group lead and has us in a Round of 32 playoff is my standard for PK or not. By that standard Chelsea we're robbed.
VAR Lee Mason FORGOT to draw offside lines for Brentford's equaliser https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/f...l-equaliser.html?ito=native_share_article-top Now they are just having a laugh!!
I've been at the point where I want them to just dump this VAR farce and go back to the way it was. If the tech that was supposed to remove human error from the equation is still ********ing up, then there's no reason for it.
https://www.skysports.com/football/...after-just-14-games-and-four-months-in-charge beating city is the only thing he got right. he's probably damaged his reputation talking all that nonsense too. this job was a net negative for both parties
The funny part of this is that they went to having VAR overturn things less in recent weeks owing to criticism and has been just as bad. Reason being the constant is both onfield and off-field officials are poor The sooner the offside part of VAR is automated the better - especially in England given the lack of competent officials. Automated offside without the lines was started at the WC, so dont think it will be that far away.
it's cool they got a studio now and generally i like the show. my only criticism would be they have the same guests repeatedly who are essentially all fan channel youtubers. at least they got rid of that ty guy from aftv
Rayan Cherki vs Lens @rayan_cherki pic.twitter.com/ngUhcKMv3B— Matolisso (@Matolisso) February 12, 2023 He’s gonna go to Real Madrid dirt cheap and it’s going to be deeply upsetting.
When don't have room for him now. If we did, he would share the 10 with Bruno. We would need to move a few people out of midfield to make it work.
Oh even if we didn’t have space, and I definitely think we do, you absolutely make room. He’s going to be top 3-5 in the world. It’d be one of those classic examples of horrendous transfer decisions if we turned him down for £30m because we have Bruno.
Chekri is definitely one to watch, but I have a feeling he will always prefer a move to Spain and Lyon will want to keep hold for as long as possible.
It was a smart set-piece, but TBT Everton aren't threatening enough up top. They need DCL if they are to survive. That Chelsea dressing room I think is overwhelming Potter. Chilwell will probably need to start games now, but IDK if Potter's bold enough to drop Cucurella. Sounds like the board still backs him, but if that's the case, then this season has to be treated as a complete write off.
I think Boehly will let home keep trying for 6th and give him another season. So many injuries and more than half the squad are guys he took over. So now he's sending with squad of 40 to 45 guys and only really maybe likes half of them. I think he will get one more season and we can expect half of them roster to be sold or be on loan
Jesse is good fit for them. Jones isn't out on results alone--he talked himself out of the job, lost respect despite a promising start. I'll be watching Arsenal-City Wednesday, but I'll pay half-a-mind to how Chelsea fare against Dortmund.
I want to remind you guys that I said 343 was PSG's best bet to counter for Messi standing around on defense. They're getting thoroughly dominated by Bayern in the first part of this game. Imagine PSG defending and countering at home with over $400mil worth attacking talent.
@TitoTata Saints tend to play high press and have done so since Poch days (or so I recall). Maybe at this point it's a bit like flogging a dead horse. I can't honestly see them staying up, but Jesse might lead them to promotion again.
