Well, it's a voluntary thing. I'd imagine some girls would want an education so much that they'd be willing to give up this violation of their privacy.

 

Given the rampant AIDS epidemic in Africa, that's a very good idea.

Here in America, mandatory is not necessary. But on a voluntary basis is a good idea too.

You know, this thread made me think about the effectiveness of abstinence pledges and how teenagers who take virginity pledges are almost as likely to be infected with a sexually transmitted disease as those who never made the pledge.
