anyone know when it will be out? I am planning on coming to London this fall and need to book my flight soon. Of course, I will NOT come any weekend I cannot see the Blues. Anyone know when the Champions draw is? Thanks for any help.
We are scheduled to play the Champs league qualifier on the 13th and 27th of August. No decision has yet been made as to which date will be Home fixture. The draw for the first qualifing round has not been made yet and therefor the others are still unavailable. Whereabouts in London are you going? Hammersmith area?
I am staying outside London, actually. A friend of mine just moved there (Virginia Water? or something like that) and I will stay with him. You can't beat free lodging. But the only real reason I'm coming is to see Chelsea. I haven't been to the Bridge in 10 years. Far, far too long. I am hoping that maybe there will be a quirk in the schedule where they are at home for a Wednesday and Saturday so I can catch 2 games.
A champions league week would be the best chance of seeing the boys Sat/Wed. Virginia Water is just to the west of London less then 10 miles or so from heathrow. You can get the train up to Putney and change to the district line for Fulham Broadway. I am on the same line and thats how I get to games.
