The following was posted earlier today by poster wingman2468 here: ----------------------------------- Austin Update: They threw the Northwest corner assembly up there really quick. They've been pouring concrete basically everywhere, and they put the steel risers down for the lower bowl where applicable. They've got to finish the roof structure and remove the temporary support columns before they can finish up the lower bowl. ----------------------------------- GO SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES!!! -G

i get updates about that on twitter, and the crew stadium seems to be on track. I don't think Ohio shut down very much for the pandemic.

Get your Austin FC construction news in its most natural place, the #SaveTheCrew thread on the San Jose Earthquakes forum!
Yeah, Maybe you could post that stuff in the thread formerly known as Avaya Stadium? SavetheCrew is over (for now).
Well actually, since I was a mini-package STH with the Crew last year, they are not the enemy to me. Actually, I‘m sort of agnostic, because I’m willing to root for a few other MLS teams nowadays: Portland, Columbus, Minneapolis, SKC, TOR, sometimes even SEA.

I'm the same way. As I'm getting older, I will cheer the Quakes first, but I have found myself following players and other teams more frequently. I really have enjoyed watching a lot of the East Coast Teams. Particularly, Philly, Columbus, New England, Orlando and TFC. The only 2 I don't really follow are DC and Montreal.
I still detest MLS for what they did to us in 2008 and will very rarely watch any matches the Quakes aren't playing. Don Garber can ******** himself ten ways to Sunday, along with all the owners who were there in 2005...

Because there hasn't been a post on the Crew's stadium in month's and most of the post are about Austin so why not rename it to other teams stadia or stadiums thread? I mean it would make more sense considering....
I don’t think it makes sense to rename this thread but starting a stadium thread might not be a bad idea.
