Tivoli Gardens is in Copenhagen, so I'd guess it's a Danish league. But seeing some of these badges used by pro teams for the past several years, it could be somewhere in Africa, Asia, or the Caribbean!
I know of a Tivoli Gardens FC team in Kingston, Jamaica. They currently compete in the Jamaica Premier League. Their logo is different though so I don't know if it's the same team.
