    Mictlán is the Aztec land of the dead. Seems odd to use that as the name of a team. I tried to figure out why the club uses that name (and then a rabbit image) but I was unsuccessful. Rabbits are all over Aztec beliefs but I don't see a connection to the underworld.

    Apparently the "Mita" in the host city's name is the Spanish version of the nahuatl word/name Mictlan, which is also the name of one potential underworld (the one for those who died a natural death).

    Interesting. I found one source that said "Mita" meant arrow. Thank you!
