Wow Sarg got a ball in good position which would require a good touch to get control of…didn’t work

Mason Mount great finish, 2-0. When does Barca kick off?

Solid 9 play for Sarg to knock a long ball and retain possession for his side

Oh god Sarg. Nice build up play from him, but then gets into a dangerous position and quite literally trips over his feet as tries to create space against a defender to release Pukki

Sargent has been active doing his thing, but Leeds take an early 1-0 lead through some route one soccer.

Dan James was definitely offside, but IMO - despite the TV commentator's statements - he didn't influence the play. So the goal stands.

Sargent gets the ball at the top corner outside the box, turns and hits a good shot deflected out for a corner.

Leeds counter off the corner and nearly get a a second, both on the resulting shot and following corner.

Frenetic first half played at the type of pace that Marsch would approve. Leeds lead 1-0 and should be up by 2 or 3.

Sargent was sometimes effective, often isolated on the right side.

Amazing finish for game. 2-1 Leeds. Super happy for Jesse. Norwich look certain to relegate now. Can’t beat any of the teams they needed to beat lately- the ‘Smith bounce’ has been over since Watford.

    Starting today vs Cardiff.

20" in and Norwich still blah.

To be honest, Sargent has been one of the better Norwich players today.

He'll be getting on in the 2nd half, you'd think.

    HT 0-1

Lots of energetic running, and a great chance to win it in the final minute. But, surprisingly, he scuffs his finish.

Had to double check this wasn’t a replay as I’ve seen this so many times before. Nope, brand new game today with same ole Josh.

I may have said this before, but Sargent reminds me of the character in the movie "Apocalypto" who was derisively given the name "Almost" by a member of a rival tribe -- because he almost, but not quite, got the job done.

This heat has me staying one, working and watching way to much football.

I will not watch Norwich or Sarge again.

A bridge way to far and it would mean I have a problem.

Was hoping he'd take that chance and blast it after the initial touch but he just has this bad habit of hesitating or not anticipating the right move at the last second. He was lively for sure though.
